Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the unused GitHub Actions workflow file run_unit_tests.yml that was no longer needed after PR #171 removed its usage from the codebase.
- Deletes the entire
run_unit_tests.ymlworkflow file that was previously used for running unit tests
