Please make repo description sound more official

Please update the repo description to sound more official.

• "A Python API for..." implies that there is more than one.
• Other NI GitHub repos have started including the text ", created and supported by NI", e.g. https://github.com/ni/nisystemlink-clients-python

Suggested text: "NI-Sync API for Python, created and supported by NI"

The repo description is not stored in Git, so I can't create a PR. An admin needs to click the gear icon next to the word "About":

This is separate from the PR. The PR updates the README file, but this issue is about repo settings that cannot be changed via a PR. They can only be changed by clicking the "gear" icon on the top left of the front page.
