Water, Fog, Bubbles, Snow, and DMX?

Does anyone know whether HTFanControl can be powered by DMX, and the USB from a computer to the DMX input? Also, I plan to use two of these beast fans: https://www.homedepot.com/p/WOCK-18-in-Wall-Mounted-Fan-in-Black-with-3-Speeds-360-Tilt-Adjustment-4-000-CFM-FAN-W20RS/332725330#see-more-details

Would it be possible to also use a 12v diaphragm pump to simulate water effects as well?

My setup is a (roughly, I know it's small) 10ftx10ft room, with an Epson powerlite 5020 projector, two Ikea Poang chairs (for the 4D aspect) and a 7.2.2 dolby atmos srround sound setup, the area around the Poang chairs is relatively empty, and I plan to mount one fan on each side of the screen, facing towards each chair.
