FluentVoice Pro v1.6.4: online voices back on Microsoft's original server

[nickotmazgin]

FluentVoice Pro v1.6.4 is out: https://github.com/nickotmazgin/fluentvoice-pro/releases/tag/v1.6.4

A small update that puts the Microsoft online voices back on their original server.

Online voices back on Microsoft's original server

• edge-tts, the library FluentVoice uses for the Microsoft online voices, fixed the 2026 "403" outage in version 7.3.0 (edge-tts #490 is closed). FluentVoice 1.6.4 requires edge-tts 7.3.1 and reads from Microsoft's original voice server again.
• The 1.6.3 switch to Microsoft's newer server stays as a safety net: it only kicks in if the original server refuses again. Both servers were tested live with English, Hebrew and Japanese before this release.

A clear message when Microsoft limits requests

• If Microsoft briefly limits requests after many readings in a few seconds (HTTP 429), Test providers (Settings → About & Developer → Components & sources) now says so in plain language: nothing is wrong on your PC, wait a minute and test again. It also lists the offline voices you can use meanwhile.
