Humann v4 output changes

For Humann v4, each of the output files has a number associated with it. Internally, we're just re-naming the files to look like the old ones (see here), but I suspect for this pipeline, you'd want to keep it consistent with what the tool actually does?

Hi @kescobo ! I think for consistency with the tool we could leave the names as-is -- with wildcards in the output section should catch files from either version. But I'm not against adding logic to make symlinks or something if that makes life easier.
