Getting Started
Welcome to the Jamf iOS App Info Tool Guide!
This tool was created to allow a Jamf Pro administrator to export a CSV containg the App name and scoping information on all of thier iOS App's in their Jamf Pro Server
To get started follow the below instructions.
First, Download the ZIP of this repository by selecting "Clone or download" then "Download ZIP"
Once the ZIP file has downloaded, decompress it & open the new folder.
Now right click the the "Jamf iOS App Info Tool.app" file in the folder, and then select open
You will be prompted for your Jamf Pro Server URL. Enter it in the format of https://pizza.jamfcloud.com Do not include any "/" after your domain.
Now enter your Jamf Pro Username (Must be a user that has read privlidges on the Jamf Pro Activation Code, this is how the script checks authentication)
Now enter your password.
If your authentication was sucsesfull the program will begin to run and you can see its progress as shown below.
Once the process is completely your .csv file will open (It is also saved to the desktop in the format of datestamp-applist.csv)
If you see the below error, it means either your URL or Authentication information was invalid. Or your account does not have the needed permissions to view the Activation Code & Mobile Device App information. It's suggested to use a full admin account.
