Wichtiger Hinweis für efaCloud-Nutzer

Der efaCloud Server muss mindestens auf Version 2.3.3 aktualisiert sein, bevor diese Version genutzt wird.
Der Einsatz von EfaCloud 2.4.0_12 und höher werden empfohlen.

Neuerungen

• Multisession-Fahrtanlage: Wird ein Personenname eingetragen, und liegt für die Person zum eingetragenen Startzeitpunkt eine Einsitzer-Reservierung vor, so wird der Bootsname automatisch befüllt. Liegt parallel für die Person ein Standard-Boot vor, so kann der Nutzer wählen, welcher Bootsname übernommen werden soll. Das Feld für Bootsname zeigt einen Tooltip für die Quelle der Vorbelegung (Reservierung/Standardboot).
• Fahrtanlage: Wenn eine Fahrtanlage über eine Person gestartet wird, so wird das Feld Bootsname bei einer passenden Reservierung der Person mit der Reservierung befüllt.
• Fahrtanlage: Wird das Feld "Bootsname" vorbelegt, so zeigt es einen Tooltip für die Quelle der Vorbelegung (Reservierung/Standardboot).

Fehlerbehebungen

• efaCLI/efaRemote/Backup: mit der zurückgezogenen Beta 2.5.3#4 konnte kein Backup mehr erstellt werden, weil das Öffnen von Vereinsarbeitsbüchern via efaRemote fehlschlug.
• Multisession-Fahrtanlage: Es wird keine Warnung zur zeitgleich offenen Reservierung für ein Boot mehr angezeigt, wenn das Boot mit der reservierenden Person unterwegs sein wird.
• Boote auf Fahrt: Zeigt jetzt immer den Kommentar zur offenen Fahrt an(wer ist mit dem Boot seit wann unterwegs), statt bei einer zeitgleich vorliegenden Reservierung den Reservierungsinhalt anzuzeigen.
• Fahrt beenden: Bei einer Mehrtagesfahrt mit identischer Start- und Endzeit (z.B. beides um 12:00 Uhr) wird nun auch das Enddatum bei der Prüfung der Fahrtdauer berücksichtigt. Hierdurch weniger Fehlermeldungen beim Beenden einer Fahrt.
• Bootslisten in efaBootshaus: Bei der Filterung werden keine leeren Sektionen mehr angezeigt.
• Bootslisten in efaBootshaus: Die Popup-Menüs sind durch Separatoren optisch strukturiert.
• Personenliste in efaBootshaus: Bei Auswahl von sind die üblichen Aktionen (z.B. Fahrt beginnen, Bootsreservierungen...) wieder möglich.
• Vereinsarbeit: Es wird bei Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Vereinsarbeit geprüft, ob das Datum im zulässigen Bereich liegt.
• Vereinsarbeit: Es wird in der Liste der Vereinsarbeit immer der Name angezeigt, den das Mitglied zum Zeitpunkt der Erfassung hatte. Dadurch wird bei Vereinsarbeit für inzwischen beendete Mitglieder wieder der Name angezeigt.

Important Notice for efaCloud Users

New features

• Multi-session entry: If a person's name is entered, and a reservation for a single-seater boat exists for that person at the specified start time, the boat name is automatically populated. If a standard boat is also assigned to that person concurrently, the user may choose which boat name to apply. Also, the field boatname shows a tooltip of the source for it's default value.
• Session entry: if a new session is created from within the person list, and a fitting current/future reservation exists, the field boatname is filled with the reservation.
• Session entry: If the field "boatname" has a default value, it provides a tooltip for the source of it's default value (standard boat or a specific reservation)

Bugfixes

• efaCLI/efaRemote/Backup functional again: beta 2.5.3#4 (withdrawn) could not create backups any more, as clubwork books could not be opened via efaRemote.
• Multi-session entry: No longer shows a warning about a reservation for a boat at the same time if the reservation is for that person and the specific start date and time.
• Boats on the water: Now always shows the comment for the open session (who is on the boat since when), instead of showing the reservation content if there is a reservation with the same time.
• Finishing a session: For multi-day sessions with identical start and end times (e.g., both at 12:00am), the end date is now also considered when checking the session duration. This results in fewer error messages when ending a session.
• Boat lists in efaBoathouse: Empty sections are no longer displayed when filtering.
• Boat lists in efaBoathouse: Popup menus are optically structured by adding separators.
• Person list in efaBootshouse: when selecting the common actions (like "Start session", "Boat reservations") are available again, avoiding unnecessary messages to the user.
• Clubwork: When recording and editing clubwork, the date is checked to ensure it falls within the allowed range.
• Clubwork: The clubwork list now always displays the name the member had at the time of recording. This means that for former members the name for the clubwork record is displayed correctly.
