Screenshots now auto-save to /tmp/surf-snap-*.png by default, ensuring
agents always get a usable file path instead of an in-memory ID.

Added --no-save flag and autoSaveScreenshots config option to disable
auto-save when agents want to save context. Also fixed MCP screenshot
tool not accepting the 'output' parameter.
