logion-client-v0.1.5

chore(release): logion-client 0.1.5 (adds courses.mine SDK method)

CLI 0.1.10 shipped the `courses mine` command calling
client.v1.courses.mine, but logion-client was never published past
0.1.4 (which predates the method), so the installed transitive client
lacked it. Release client 0.1.5 with the method; regenerate the
manifest (client hash updated to the published artifact after publish).
