my attempt to add compatibility with poetry 2.0 and support for defining metadata according to PEP 0621 and to close #40
This "works for me", but I did not yet add any tests.
@nicoloboschi do you mind taking a look at the changes? If you are okay with the way I implemented that, I'll also try to find some time testing with additional examples.
