I included a simplified version of ConcentrationHelper (concentration provider and String provider for IU and/or CU)
Fix BolusProgressDialog (Double Replaced by PumpInsulin within EventOverviewBolusProgress, and rh replaced by ch to manage PumpInsulin -> IU convertion and string)
