focus-follows-mouse resets mouse position when moving across monitors

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have 2 monitors
2. Config contains:

on-focus-changed = ['move-mouse window-lazy-center']
on-focused-monitor-changed = ['move-mouse monitor-lazy-center']

focus-follows-mouse.enabled = true

3. move the mouse from one monitor to the other

Expected result: mouse moves normally
Actual result: mouse jumps back to the origin monitor

Though, your issue reminds me of #634 which I remember I could reproduce, but in the 0.21.2-Beta the window is movable between monitors with a mouse, but the mouse jumps back the previous monitor (but the window is still moved between monitors)

Hi, thanks for taking the time to look into it!

I think I've narrowed it down - it's specifically when there are 2 chrome windows on the 2 screens and it doesn't happen all the time..

I'll report back if I figure out something more specific.
