Default filter replaces empty user filter. That simple.
Allows users to decide what issues to store on the board. Matching issues will not be stored / will be removed on update. Closes #287

Via 91bd419 we add an
ignoreFilteroption to the board - matching issues will be removed from / not added to the board.Closes #287
