Feedback on 3.1.7.5: user login and folder permissions

Hi Nils,

I’m testing the upgrade from 3.1.5.8 to 3.1.7.5.

1. After upgrading, all existing users cannot log in. Only new admin accounts work. Is this caused by a password algorithm change? Is there any way to keep old users working without resetting all passwords?
2. In 3.1.7.5, permissions for 3rd-level and deeper subfolders cannot be configured properly, even though 1st and 2nd-level folders work fine.

Could you please give some advice?
