I have started working at a company where they have 2.1.25 running on an encrypted disk - I was able to migrate it over to a virtual system now running 2.1.26 - I would like to get it upgraded to a much more current release. I have been trying now on my own for about a month with little to no success - Can someone please provide me with the process as well as what the correct step level is to move from 2.1.26 to at least a 3.1 or 3.2 release. I have tried to move to 2.27 and 3.0, 3.1 - however everytime I do I end up not being able to see passwords nor user accounts in the gui, any help I would be greatful! Thank You!
