Avoid "Synchronize new password"

We leverage TeamPass integrated with our on-premise LDAP (AD). This works great until our users change their passwords in LDAP/AD. They log into TeamPass successfully with the new password, but then complain that they can't read passwords. Of course, by then, they have forgotten their old passwords and cannot synchronize. Is there a way to avoid the need to resynchronize when this passord changes? Due to security policy, the passwords may change more frequently than they access TeamPass.
