Folder created by manager not visible in directory tree

When a manager creates a new folder, the newly created folder is not visible in the directory tree.

1. Refreshing the browser page (F5) or logging out and logging back in does not display the folder.
2. The folder appears only after clicking the built-in refresh button on the directory tree.
3. If another user with equal permissions creates a credential within this folder, the folder becomes visible.
   This behavior has existed across several recent Teampass versions. Hope the team can investigate this issue。
