Failed Restore from S3 | Bug - Decryption Error ocurred Error Malformed UTF-8 Data

Hi Team,

SERVER DETAILS
TEAMPASS VERSION: 3.2.2.4 (latest)
PHP Version: 8.3.33
MariaDB: 11.2.6

restore backup from Destination S3.

✅ Restore from "Scheduled backup" where backup files are stored on Server [ Working ]
❌ Restore from "Externalized backup" where backup files are stored on S3 [ Not Working ]

How to reproduce

1. Select backup from backup list.
2. Prepare Restore & confirm restore
3. right corner Pop-up Preparing to restore

❌ Caution popup
ERROR: Decryption Error ocurred Error Malformed UTF-8 Data

NOTE: there is no modification on backup file on S3.
