The license file just says "GPL-2 or later" could you just confirm that the code is release under GNU General Public License v2.0 i.e. this specific license https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt ? Happy to make a pull request to update the license file on confirmation.
