expand node names for paramNames

In R/runCalibrationNIMBLE.R, the code breaks if paramNames contain parameters that are not scalars. Suggested fix for lines 113-116:

if (!all(model$expandNodeNames(paramNames) %in% colnames(MCMCSamples))) {
    stop("paramNames missing from MCMCSamples: ",
         paste(setdiff(paramNames, colnames(MCMCSamples)), collapse = ", "))
