Add SpatialReference metadata to NIfTI and GIFTI outputs #3579

What would you like to see added in fMRIPrep?
SpatialReference is a BIDS derivatives metadata field that is recommended or required for most (all?) of fMRIPrep's derivative imaging files. I believe it is already included in CIFTI outputs' JSONs, but NIfTIs and GIFTIs are missing it.
This field won't actually be used for anything any time soon (e.g., checking that collected derivatives from a fit run use the spatial reference that the space entity would imply), but this will be a step in that direction.
