ENH: add options for other PET reference images #184

What would you like to see added in this software?
Currently, for 4D PET data, the petref image is estimated as the template of the motion correction following mri_robust_template. Because the motion correction smooths the data prior to motion correction, the petref image is a smooth image of the PET data. However, sometimes this may not be the ideal image for co-registration, and so it would be ideal to also allow for other options such as a time-weighted average of the motion corrected PET data, or a summed image of the corrected data. For 3D data, the image is simply used as it is.
