Always on display? sticky window?

Well sometimes is necessary to have some window showing in all workspace, I imagine this implementation on Niri working in 2 different ways. and I will love the addition of both.

1. sticky

The sticky is to allow a window stay even when you scroll to see other content, the sticky will have a maximum of width for it to work. the idea is to say, fix window right of left, and the scroll of the other windows will use the space left at the other side.

Note

I think this is suitable for applications with lyrics, for music players, for screen mirroring windows of phones... ETC.

2. Always on display or workspace (not sure witch is a better name)

This is for floating windows, were you can fixed in some screen position and keep it showing even if you change workspaces. also add some action to move the windows around the screen with keybinds.

This one is perfect for PiP.
