Fatal - Git was built without support for git-svn

Hello,
i have a clean Gitlab from Docker and try to merge my SVNs into but only get:
"fatal: git was built without support for git-svn (NO_PERL=YesPlease)."
Found no solution until yet.

gitlab/gitlab-ce:latest
git version 2.33.0.gl4
svn, version 1.10.6 (r1863367)

# docker exec -it gitlab_gitlab_1 sh

# apt update
# apt-get install git-core git-svn ruby

# svn2git https://192.168.1.2:13000/svn/amk --authors /etc/gitlab/authors.txt
fatal: git was built without support for git-svn (NO_PERL=YesPlease).
