Our working plan is mastering the Android programming language and ways. later, according to our customer demands, we will start building the application by weekly appointments and skype meetings as well.

HELP - Development Process

Agile

"Agile software development uses iterative development as a basis but advocates a lighter and more people-centric viewpoint than traditional approaches. Agile processes use feedback, rather than planning, as their primary control mechanism. The feedback is driven by regular tests and releases of the evolving software."

The main reason that our project suit the Agile method is that the demands of the customer can change anytime, that's why we will have to prepare ourself and find a sulotions immediately.

#HELP - Technical Solution The product will be build as an applicaton for smartphones\tablets and other devices running on Android operating system.

We will write this application in Java and XML languages by using Eclipse software and Android add-ons.

HELP - First Plan and Evaluation

  • Learn to program in Android environment , 3-4 weeks.
  • Design the application according to the customer demands , 1-2 weeks.
  • Program the functions in the application, 6-8 weeks.

Risk Management

  • Risk : The group members does not know the Android environment.
  • Solution : Studing the Java-Android environment by books and by network as fast as we can.
  • Risk : Lack of time.
  • Solution : We will try to do every mission ASAP.
  • **Risk :**Dismatch code between the group members.
  • Solution : The group members will meet 2-3 times a week to make sure that there are no mistakes.
