This is a public repository containing readability metrics calculated on 10-K and 10-Q for Fortune 500 Companies obtained from EDGAR ranging from 2009 to 2019.
For each company the following readability metrics have been calculated
- ARI: Automated Readability Index .
- CL: Coleman Liau Index
- SMOG: Simple Measure of Gobbledygook a measure of readability that estimates the years of education needed to understand a piece of writing.
- FLESCH: Flesch-Kincaid Readability to transcript(s) by zero or more grouping variable(s).
- FRY - The Fry Readability index
- LINSEAR - Linsear Write Readability
- FOG: The Gunning Fog index
