I had a look at the new glacier "complex" product here: https://zenodo.org/records/20463551
As far as I can tell, we can't use this in OGGM (or other similar models working glacier per glacier, or glacier complex per glacier complex) without quite a lot of leg work on our end. What I was expecting to find there is a product similar to the single glaciers one: "one RGI ID - one geotiff". I realise this is all open data work and your are entitled not to provide it, but I wanted to document this need from at least part of the community.
If you can't produce the dataset, what is the best way forward for RGI7? A spatial merge of all the "RGI7G" geotiffs forming one RGI7C entity with rioxarray or similar is probably the easiest programmatically - is this what you'd recommend?
