Reduce to single lowest numbered allele #333

@pbashyal-nmdp

Description

@pbashyal-nmdp

Currently certain alleles can produce ambiguous alleles when reducing to lgx

$ pyard -g "DPA1*02:07" -r "lgx"
DPA1*02:02/DPA1*02:07

From @mmaiers-nmdp
DPA1*02:07 is a family of alleles that are in two different G groups (IPD-IMGT db version 3580):

DPA1*;02:02:02:01/02:02:02:02/02:02:02:03/02:02:02:04/02:02:02:05/02:02:02:07/02:02:02:08/02:02:02:09/02:02:02:10/02:02:02:11/02:02:02:12/02:02:02:13/02:02:02:14/02:02:02:15/02:02:02:16/02:02:02:17Q/02:02:02:18/02:02:02:19/02:02:02:20/02:02:07/02:02:08/02:02:09/02:02:10/02:02:13/02:02:14/02:02:15/02:02:16/02:02:18/02:06/02:07:04/02:10/02:12:02/02:14/02:15/02:25/02:30/02:33/02:35/02:38Q/02:41N/02:42/02:44/02:48/02:51/02:62/02:64Q/02:72/02:81/02:83/02:85/02:89/02:92/02:96/02:103/02:113/02:127/02:128/02:131:01:01/02:131:01:02/02:140N/02:141/02:143/02:144;02:02:02G

DPA1*;02:07:01:01/02:07:01:02/02:07:01:03/02:07:01:04/02:07:02/02:12:01/02:73;02:07:01G

Solution: Further reduce an ambiguous output from lgx redux to force these into the lowest numbered allele.

DPA1*02:02/DPA1*02:07 ==> DPA1*02:02
