Description
Empty tokens were added to support presentation tokens for verifiable credentials, where we firstly create an empty token and then update it with the presentation content, using the token id as nonce. Initially we thought that presentation tokens were always ephemeral. However with the concept of Print@Home VCs, we also need long-lived tokens. So in order to differentiate between them, we need to provide the ephemeral setting when creating empty tokens.
