Can you get this app signed with Apple Developer ID?

Hi,
My work laptop is a MacBook and pretty much everything is monitored. Hearing music and watching videos from an application is fine. However, I can't bypass the settings section of installing unsigned apps. Would it be too much trouble to get it signed?
