Testing:

1. create virtual environment and download dependencies: 'pip3 instal flask' pip3 install Pillow pip3 install requests
2. Begin server by running 'flask run'
3. Go to http://127.0.0.1:5000/, everytime you refresh a new image will be there from the museum API
