• Archive encoding errors - Fixed UTF-8 crashes when extracting archives with special characters (ü, ö, etc.) that caused infinite re-download loops
• CLI fallback for all archives - ZIP/7z/RAR extraction now falls back to CLI tools (7-Zip, unar) when Python libraries fail

Improvements

• Log timestamps - Each log line now includes [HH:MM:SS] timestamps for easier debugging
