Fixes

• File shortcut metadata - Fixed shortcuts to files having empty md5/size, causing Guitar Hero archives to re-download every sync
• Main menu chart counts - Now shows actual chart counts for nested archives (e.g., "90 charts" for GH5 instead of "1 chart")
• "Too many open files" error - Limited concurrent archive extractions to 2, fixing crashes on large archives like GH5

Improvements

• Partial download cleanup - ESC now cleans up incomplete downloads; Purge removes orphaned partial files
• Cleaner filenames - Illegal characters now use ASCII replacements (: → -) instead of fullwidth Unicode
• Stats module - New system for accurate chart counts: local disk scan > admin overrides > manifest
