What's Changed

• Fixed purge incorrectly flagging rclone-synced charts - Files that matched the manifest were being flagged for deletion if they weren't in sync_state
• Fixed phantom download size from skipped videos - Status was showing extra MB to download for charts with video files, but videos are skipped by default. Status and download now agree.
• Centralized app data - All app files now stored in .dm-sync/ folder for portability
• Renamed binaries to synchotic
• Improved README
