🐛 Bug: Shared base and shared view expanded form

Please confirm if bug report does NOT exists already ?

• I confirm there is no existing issue for this

Steps to reproduce ?

• In shared base/view expanded form all fields are not readonly, it must be readonly
  - Duration, Percent, Currency, Decimal, Number, Phone, Email, URL

• Expanded form readonly fields left spacing is not constant
  

• Percent field displyed as progress is not working in expanded form

• User field icon is too big, size is not fixed
  

• In create column modal, if the field name is empty then it will show 2 error msg at same time
  

• In create/edit column modal default value input border-radius is not same as above input fields
  
  

• Link record modal cell spacing is not consistant
