Add option to open a URL link in the same window #420

What are the steps to reproduce?
Normal Node-Red dashboard menu/title bar
Please add a third option to the URL link menu item to open the link in the same window, as oposed to opening the link in the new window/tab or iframe.
What happens?
No option to open in the same window.
What do you expect to happen?
Option to open in the same/current window.
