Keep original package.json file

I learn from @coderarity that our build server works by bundling dependencies. I always thought we simply compiled and sent back deps.

If this is the case we should keep the original pkg.json in the snapshot, for both our customer (and support) sake.

We can rename it to package.json~ or similar. We can't keep it as package.json.
