Inactive members - change categories?

Governance and Current Members lists Maintainers and Collaborators. On that list:

• Laurent Goderre (LaurentGoderre) was previously a Collaborator and was promoted to Maintainer. Laurent was last active (in this repo) in June 2025.

• ttshivers (ttshivers), was previously a member of @nodejs/docker and was not otherwise listed. They were added to the Collaborators list. ttshivers was last active here in Oct 2020.

Unless they are planning to become active again in the near future in this repo, I suggest to move both to Emeritus status.

Current suggestions are:

For LaurentGoderre move from Maintainer to Collaborator
For ttshivers move from Collaborator to Emeritus

I would leave this issue open for 2 weeks to allow feedback.

Since Laurent is now over at Docker (and sometimes lands the resulting PRs), I think it might make sense to move them to the Collaborator portion like the other Docker Hub, rather than fully to emeritus.

I completely missed that! Thanks! Yes it would definitely make sense to just move them in the documentation to align them with the other Docker Hub members.

I'll wait to see if Laurent wants to respond here first before opening a PR to propose making that change.
