Simply try and download the node-v16.17.0-linux-x64.tar.xz file from the Node dist https://nodejs.org/dist/v16.17.0/node-v16.17.0-linux-x64.tar.xz

This is will produce a 404

How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?

What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?

The file should be available

What do you see instead?

A 404

This file was always available before now

I closed as the file became available for a few minutes but then again started to return a 404.
