Add support for Devuan ascii release

Until this gets merged in, you can just force it to use Debian equivalent release names as they are just aliases in the node distribution setup script.

Addition for @tomascassidy 's manual instructions: also execute curl -s https://deb.nodesource.com/gpgkey/nodesource.gpg.key | apt-key add - before you do apt update

Thanks for checking @MrCsabaToth. Looks like Devuan ascii doesn't show up as ascii while it is still in development. This should change once they do a final release and move to beowulf for testing. In the meantime, it's probably easiest to add the sources.list.d/nodejs.list file manually to point to Debian stretch, and also add the gpg key as you suggested.

@tomascassidy It's still odd that it's "n/a". It should say something... I wonder if anyone else with ascii can confirm my findings? Let's rule out that my box is not screwed up. I had to add several PPAs already.
If this is confirmed from others, unfortunately it means that the PR does not work yet.

@jonaspm Thanks, so it's something with my install. I had to add repos from Debian, I wonder if that or something else disturbs mine.

@MrCsabaToth I've seen the same issue on some of my machines running Devuan ascii, but others are fine with the correct output of lsb_release. Still not quite sure what's causing it.

@jonaspm I can confirm that my current Devuan install which was screwed up earlier reports the lsb_release correctly now.
