docs(eventlog): document the live event-append hook (runtime integration) Event-log shadow mirror is now wired into the worker's live event path (worker v5.67.0, noetl/worker#167 → d310c7b) at the ControlPlaneClient::emit_event chokepoint — a real drive dual-writes into EHDB shadow, not just ehdb-selfcheck.
