LcRSA stems from https://github.com/PierceNg/OpenSSL-Pharo
Is there a way to explicitly declare this dependency in the code or package definition?

Please note that this verification is done using the public key.
That's the reason I had to refactor a bit, instead of defining the signMessage method...
