Release v5.1.0

Changes:

• Made using devices with public IPv4 address a bit easier by allowing private address to be omitted
• Upped the minimum Python version requirement to 3.11, so that some zulu-time workarounds could be removed

Fixes:

• Sources now get regularly type-checked with mypy and type issues have been resolved
• Some dependency versions have been bumped in lock file to avoid vulnerabilities
