Add color to text-based version

An idea would be to provide to bring some color to the text screens or results (similar to color-enhanced shells in Unix/Linux or PowerShell).

Although doable, I see I would still need to import another library to the program, hence the installation of it for the user.

It seems python 2.X does not have a native library for that purpose: I believe importing tweepy is already a disturbance for the user, who is required to do so, among other steps (i.e. Creation of a Twitter App to get the codes and tokens necessary to make it work under your credentials).

I would keep it in the radar, but, although interesting, I believe it should be considered as a low priority at the moment.

Still evaluating the color topic: importing libraries like colorama definitely solves the problem, but it implies even more hassle for the user (which, already, has to install the Tweepy Library and get the Twitter Apps credentials to make it work).

An idea, though, would be to introduce a method to, in case of library missing, to install it onto the end user device.
