Deprication warnings on build

I think this issue can be closed.
I've fixed most of warnings.
The remaining ones are about encoding, but it is the core functionality and I am not planning to get rid of it.

My master adds the github workflow and has the slightly different header includes.
The other differences are insignificant to building (version, readme etc.).

The other week I tried to build on a local fedora 40 machine and it failed. Today I tried again after having upgraded to fedora 41 and it worked. So maybe this has to do with ubuntu not having updated something yet?

Configure shows vte version 0.76.0. Then build fails.
I'm using 0.78 and it compiles.

I've investigated https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/vte/-/tree/master and it seems that VTE_TERMPROP_XTERM_TITLE, was added only 6 months ago. In the same commit vte_terminal_get_window_title was marked as deprecated.

Ubuntu 24.04 contains vte 0.76 so I decided to revert my change.
termit would use vte_terminal_get_window_title.

I've changes minimum vte version requirement to 0.68 as it is present in Ubuntu 22.04.
Can you try to build termit on Ubuntu 22.04?

I'm guessing those are the warnings you said you wouldn't bother about.
By April first github is dumping Ubuntu 22.04 images.
