In after upgrade modal-the text includes parentheses with the version number- it takes too long to load the version and it looks like something went wrong

Actual behavior

1. In after upgrade modal (the welcome back screen), the text includes parentheses () with the version number- it takes too long to load this number and it looks like something went wrong. after it's load, the modal text jumps and it looks very bad.

Expected behavior

1. It should load together, if not possible: show a loader spinner until the modal can properly load.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade version
2. See first seconds of "after upgrade" screen- focus on the version number ()

After a brief talk with Ohad, I understood the following:
The process works fine without any errors.
There is a problem that after the upgrade and web server coming to life the first read_system takes a lot of time (more than usual read_system).
The FE doesn't wait for the response and just shows the window and when the read_system responds then it patches the version number in.
Not sure if that should be handled in the BE, I think it makes sense to wait for the read_system response and only then show the window.
