Test node IP address randomly shows "::ffff:" before nodes IP

• Version: 1.8.0-ab656f5
• Deployment: AZURE
• Customer: NAME

Actual behavior

1. In node page- test node details- some target nodes IP addresses are shown with "::ffff:" before the IP.

Expected behavior

1. Should show regular address

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to node page -> test node
2. See target nodes IPs

Just create a local DEV system (MacOS) and use npm run agents.
Go into connectivity tests of the nodes and you will see that.
