foxbuntu_1.0.0_RC3

This is a small release, mostly meant to make it easier to configure a new node. You can now add multiple Meshtastic CLI commands to the USB-config to fully configure the Meshtastic firmware, and it is now possible to install software via USB-config as well (configuring that software still requires terminal access).
