Add Bintray deployment support #4
Description
Use JFrog Bintray to deploy Maven artifacts to the jCenter and snapshots to the OSS JFrog repository.
The current OSS Sonatype deployment setup and the new Bintray deployment setups should be moved into separate profiles.
