Unable to Create Connection Manually, when there are no existing Connections

Describe the bug
In the Connections dialog window, when there are no existing connections, if, from the New Connection drop-down dialog, I select Create Connection Manually, there is no further action -- no Connection Editor dialog, no message, nothing.

To Reproduce

1. From a clean Installation (or one that has no connections already), do:
2. File -> Connect
3. From the New Connection by Importing MongoDB URI... dialog window, press the Cancel button
4. From the Connections dialog window (which should show No records found), click the New Connection drop down menu, and select Create Connection Manually

Expected behavior
Expected to see the Connection Editor dialog window

I can confirm that I no longer see issues #24 and #25 with v10.1.1-beta.2
